**Our home can accommodate UP TO 4 adults and 2 children for a total of 6 guests.
This beautiful well decorated home is located in the heart of Downtown Beaverton. It is thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything you need for your vacation.
Great location with easy access to restaurants/bars and major grocery stores. Also close to local food carts and Farmer Market, Beaverton Library, parks, plus easy access to HWY217. Easy-no hassle arrival with our keyless entry. Our warm “Welcome” sign is ready to greet you.
Living space is bright and cozy with the big private backyard covered patio for relaxation all year round. A nice spot for you to enjoy your morning coffee with Oregon’s fresh air or even doing your little stretching before you start your day.
It has a total of three bedroom equipped with cozy beds. Master bedroom has a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The 3rd bedroom also has a queen bed with crib for your little ones-a plus for guest with toddler.
Cozy and well decorated Living room with big couch and two big chairs to accommodate the family night with soft throw blanket provided when you feel a little bit chill.
TV with Xfinity Flex streaming box with many free movies to choose. Guests are also welcome to use their own accounts if they wish to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube or other apps. However, remember to sign out when you check out.
Full Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, cooking stove and oven. Basic cooking essentials (blender, baking trays, coffee machine) and cutlery sets are provided.
Office room with a nice big desk and comfy chair is a PLUS if you stay for work purpose but want to feel at home.
Washer and Dryer on site is another big bonus.
THINGS TO NOTE
When requesting a reservation, please tell us a little about yourself and the person you are traveling with. For safety and security concerns, people whose names are not listed on the reservation will not be allowed to stay.
Check-in time is 4pm or after. Check-out time is by 11am. Please observe check-in and check-out time as we have guests checking in and out back to back on the same day. Due to tight cleaning schedule, late check-out is not allowed. Early check-in is likely not possible—however, if the home is
ready before check-in time, we will send you a message to let you know.
Please Note:
** Please accurately disclose the number of guest(s) for your reservation. Extra guest fee is $15.00 per person per night, after 4 guests.. You will be subjected to $50 fine per person per night if you fail to include extra person(s) when making the reservation. However, if a reservation has been made with inaccurate number of guest(s), you can edit the number of guest(s) at the reservation page accordingly.
HOUSE RULES
**Non-registered guests are NOT allowed at the property after 9 pm.
**Please note that video cameras are installed at the front of the house and back patio for security purposes.
**Guest(s) might see our yard maintenance team coming by to clean the yard on Mondays.
**For long term stay, a walk-thru inspection will be conducted every 14 days.
**Guests can park on the driveway or on the street. Please do not block our neighbor’s driveway.
** Garbage, recycle, and compost cans are outside on side of the house. Please make sure you put trash in right assigned cans. If you are staying on Wednesday night, please help us roll the cans to the curb for pick-up service. On Thursday morning, you can roll them back to the side of home.
**No smoking or vaping of any substances is allowed at the property (inside and outside the property). Subject to $500 fine and $300 smoke removing fee.
**No PETS or animals allowed at the property due to allergies concerns. Subject to $500 fine.
**Parties, Campfire, BBQ and Fireworks are NOT allowed at the property. Subject to $500 fine.
**Do not burn candles or incense in the house.
**Please do not leave the fireplace on while away. Please set the thermostat to ON.
**Use of crib is at your own risk.
**There are raccoons around sometimes. Please be cautious with your little ones.
**Please make sure to lock all doors (front & back) every time when you enter and leave the property. This is for your safety and to secure your belongings.
**Please be conscious when leaving for the day. Please help us save energy by keeping home at moderate temperature.
**Please leave the front porch's light on when leaving the property.
